강원대학교(총장 신승호) 의학전문대학원(원장 이성준 교수)은 오는 24일부터 25일까지 교내 60주년기념관에서 ‘의과학자 육성 지원사업 공동교육 워크숍(Educational Workshop for MD/DDS-PhD and Physician-Scientists)’을 개최한다.
이번 워크숍은 ▲MD/DDS-PhD, Physician-Scientists 공동교육 프로그램 정착 도모 ▲MD/DDS-PhD, Physician-Scientists 지원 사업 홍보·기본 이념 소개 ▲과학자로서의 자질 함양 도모·의과학 분야 최신지견, 전망 소개 ▲의과학자 간 Network 형성, 상호 발전기회 제공 등을 목적으로 마련됐다.
워크숍에는 의과학자 육성 지원사업 참여 대학원생·교수, 관련 전문가 약 120명이 참석하며 의과학 분야의 국제동향, 의과학 전공 특강, 참여 대학원생의 연구발표 등이 진행된다.
강연은 ▲김완욱 가톨릭대학교 의과대학 교수의 ‘Identification of novel targets for rheumatoid arthritis through a systems approach‘ ▲정근화 서울대학교 의과대학 교수의 ’Experimental modeling and Therapeutic target validation in CNS disorder‘ ▲박성회 서울대학교 의과대학 교수의 “Induction of antigen-specific T cell tolerance and its application in a variety of immune disorders” ▲박태관 순천향대학교 의과대학 교수의 ‘AAV-mediated ocular gene delivery‘ ▲송동근 한림대학교 의과대학 교수의 ’Pathophysiology and therapeutic strategies of experimental sepsis‘ ▲김은철 경희대학교 치의학전문대학원 교수의 ’Development of pulp regeneration technology by molecular target, natural products, and tissue engineering‘ ▲최봉규 서울대학교 치의학전문대학원 교수의 ‘The role of inflammasomes in periodontitis’ 순으로 진행될 예정이다.
강연 후에는 참여 대학원생들의 연구 발표가 이어지며 이 중 우수포스터 발표자 5명을 선발해 시상한다.
