김 총장은 몽골민족대(Mogolian National University)와 몽골인문대(Mogolian University of the Humanities), 울란바토르대(Ulaanbaatar University)와의 국제교류 협약을 체결한다.
또한 후레정보통신대(Huree University of Information and Communication Technology)와 몽골국제대(Mogolian International University)를 방문해 국제교류와 유학생 유치 방안에 대해 협의할 예정이다.
